History Palette

The history palette is where your recent work is saved and I mean by recent work the work that was created in your current project before closing the program.

This palette will help you to go back to levels of your work to start over from there, this palette is very helpful and it will make using Adobe Photoshop easier. Make sure to set the number of remembered states or levels because by default the history palette on saves 20 states the older states will automatically be deleted.

If you look at the history palette you’ll find the following options buttons:
1.      The biggest part of the palette contains the origin image thumbnails, and the states of your work.
2.      The trash can button: this will let you delete the selected state in your history palette.
3.      The camera button (snap shot): this command will give you the ability to keep a particular state through out your work.
4.      Create new document from current states: this command will merge all states in one document.
